GrowNest reserves the right to revise or withdraw a quotation before acceptance.

5. Orders & Payments

By accepting a quotation, you enter into a binding agreement for the specified services.

5.1 Payment Structure

Payment terms typically include:

  • Deposit: Required before materials are ordered

  • Progress/Stage Payments: Based on milestones

  • Final Payment: Due upon completion

Work will not commence until the deposit clears.

5.2 Late Payments

Late or outstanding payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Delays in delivery

  • Interest charges

  • Legal recovery processes

6. Installation Conditions

The client (you) is responsible for ensuring:

  • The site is level, accessible, and safe

  • Required permits (if applicable) are obtained

  • Electricity and water access (if needed) are available

  • There are no buried utilities where installation will occur

GrowNest is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Poor site preparation

  • Weather conditions

  • External contractors

7. Warranty

GrowNest provides warranties on materials and workmanship, which vary by product.

Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

  • Structural issues within warranty period

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by extreme weather (storms, floods, hail, wind, fire)

  • Vandalism or theft

  • Improper maintenance

  • Unauthorised modifications

  • Third-party installations

Warranty details will be provided for each specific project.

8. Limitation of Liability

GrowNest is not liable for:

  • Loss of income or crop damage

  • Business interruption

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service or product.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Make payments on time

Failure to meet your responsibilities may void warranties or cause delays.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Before work begins:

A partial refund may be issued depending on material procurement.

After work begins:

Refunds may not be available due to:

  • Labour costs

  • Material ordering

  • Administration costs

GrowNest reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content—including images, logos, designs, text, and graphics—belongs to GrowNest or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.
